Top House Property Maintenance has been looking after local properties for many years and is ran by Elliott (not normally that dusty!) He is very hands on and will oversee your projects from start to finish.

We created Top House Property Maintenance after carrying out several large scale renovations and getting frustrated by issues we came across with contractors and results so decided to deliver an 'all-in-one' service for all.
We take on small Handyman jobs to more in depth and intricate projects - if you have an idea then give us a call and we can make it work!
